How to make an on line reservation request: First, You will not be required to enter any credit card information on this form!   Once you have completely filled out this request, just click the "Submit reservation request" button, at the bottom of this page. Your request will then go directly to The Umsted House  via e-mail. We will contact you by phone or e-mail within 24 hours to confirm your request.   If you do not hear from us or experience any delays please contact us directly.
